1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear that has been worn or is not in its original condition.

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at . Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, providing you with a return authorization and further instructions.
  • Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned item(s) reach us safely. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during transit.

4. Refund or Exchange

  • Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
  • If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued to the original form of payment within 15 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you opt for an exchange, we will ship the requested replacement item(s) to you, subject to availability. In case the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear that has been worn or is not in its original condition cannot be returned.
  • Final sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

6. Damage or Defective Items:

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team  immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution.
